The Meadow Creek TS120 trailer smoker uses the same indirect flow as their other smokers. The body is constructed from 13 gauge welded steel that is coated with a heat resistant matte black paint. The over sized caster and large primary tires make moving and towing this unit simple.
It's 20" x 44"" top grate and 22" x 44"" lower grate provide ( 5" space between grates)
1,743 square inches of smoking space.
GREAT FOR THAT OLD FASHIONED B-B-QUE WITH EITHER CHARCOAL OR WOOD
For smoking we recommend using NON PETROLEUM based starters. Residue in the smoke can contaminate the cooking box and potentially effect the flavor of the meat, use approximately 40 lbs. of charcoal briquets or 20 lbs. of lump charcoal in the fire box, once the meat is placed in the smoker, you can add wood in the fire box for smoking, you can continue to use wood and add to the firebox to maintain temperature
